Winter Market applications are closed. However, if you are interested, you can fill out our Vendor Interest Form. Then, if an opening for your product comes up during the season, we will contact you. Otherwise, we’ll let you know when applications for the Summer Market are open. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Winter Market Applications are Open from Sept 3, to October 3rd, 2024. 2024 Market Fees:

Application fee:   $20, non-refundable. Must be received before the application can be processed.

Farm booth fee:  $45 per market (10×15 space)

Prepared Foods$50 per market (10×15 space)

Alcohol/Distilleries$50 per market (10×15 space)

Artisan/Hard Goods$50 per market (10×15 space)

5% discount for prepaying 8 weeks.

10% Discount if pre-paying for the whole season.

Rules

The market has the right to:

  • Prohibit any vendor from selling a particular product in the market
  • Prohibit any product from being sold at the market
  • Prohibit a particular vendor from selling at the market

Vendors Selection Priorities:

  • Farmers: Products grown/raised/foraged locally by the vendor
  • Farmer must have a certified scale for weighing produce from the Dept of Agriculture
  • Food Artisans/Hot Food/Bakeries: Processed products made with local ingredients purchased directly from a farmer (not distributor/store)
  • Beginning farmers and start-up businesses
  • Uniqueness of product, with small-scale, locally based production
  • Environmentally responsible and sustainable production methods
  • Offerings are based on seasonal products

Please note that we are a farm and food market and can only accommodate a very limited number of artisan/crafters.

Please Note

The market accepts cash, debit, EBT (SNAP) and P-EBT cards. WIC and Senior Farm Direct checks are accepted by all produce vendors and expire on Nov 30th each year. Stop by our information booth for information.
