It’s going to be great fall weather for the last ‘summer’ market! Opening at 9am this Saturday. We take a one weekend break on Halloween and open again on Saturday November 7th for the Winter Market, when we switch to ‘winter’ hours, opening 10am-2pm. The Market is now year-round at 2051, Kaen Rd, at Beavercreek Rd. Once the winter season starts we also switch to every other weekend, so make sure you pick up a bookmark with all the dates printed on it at the Information Booth.

It’s fragrant garlic, roast chicken, wild mushrooms and pumpkin pie time! Let the Market give you ideas for fall season cooking. Six local farms have plenty to tempt you. Ask the farmers for recipe suggestions. Chef Deborah will be the Market Kitchen cooking Delicata Squash…sampling starts around 10.30am. With the little rain we have had the wild mushrooms are beginning to pop up, just ask Bill at Natures Wild Harvest.  Wild Oregon will have fresh tuna, Black Cod, Steamer Clams, Steel head Salmon, Black Rock fish and crab cakes. Creambowle are bringing Pumpkin Ice Cream as well as their new Cranberry Bliss Ice-Cream….yum!
