Welcome To Summer Market

By 28 April 2021

Weekly Summer Markets Are Here!

It’s been a long winter but as we start to see later sunsets, earlier sunrises, green grass, blossoming flowers and sprouting gardens we know summer is on the way.

We are excited to welcome you to our first summer market of the year, May 1st. Our vendor list is creative and full of variety. Fresh produce, vibrant colors, unique flavors and foods celebrating the pairing of ethnic cultures and local ingredients in intriguing ways.

This week you will find the first crop of asparagus from Pheasant’s Eye Farm! Harvest is just beginning so supply may be a bit limited at first. Never fear, plenty more is on the way.

For coffee lovers, Double Jump Coffee will have their coveted Ethiopian beans this week! This is a limited supply so order early. You can even place a pre-order on our What’s Good Marketplace app for an easy way to ensure availability!

You will want to check out our delicious line up of hot food vendors this week. We’ve added Wraps PDX to the mix, offering amazing sandwiches which include ingredients such as local cheeses, fresh arugula, garlic aioli and roasted balsamic tomatoes! Their grilled cheese is a memory maker so check them out.

If you’re in the mood for a warm sweet, Divine Mini Donuts will be here as well, featuring local toppings and ingredients!

Great news! Your favorite pickled asparagus, spicy bloody mary beans and more are back with Pam’s Pickled Products making their summer debut. By the way, Pam’s sources their veggies from our market farms!

Big news for our Lady Lane Dairy fans! They’re back! Plenty of grass fed milk in glass bottles, ice creams, butter, cream and eggs.

Ready for summer color? S&K Nursery has hanging flower baskets!
Lots to choose from and perfect for adding color to your home gardens

If the ocean and weather cooperates, WILD OREGON SEAFOOD PROVISIONS will make their return with sustainably caught seafood off the Oregon Coast.

An important reminder Yesterday the CDC released their new guidelines for mask wearing for vaccinated people. While the market is outdoors it can become crowded, especially on nice days. With that said we want to remind folks that masks are required for attending the market whether or not you are vaccinated. We have extra paper masks at the Info Booth if you forget yours.

We are so thrilled to welcome summer back with our amazing vendors and customers. See you Saturday from 9-2!

Here’s to a fruitful season!

Welcome to our new vendors joining us this week. Each week we will be adding new ones as the weather warms so you will want to keep an eye on our social media and newsletter for the latest additions!
