This Month at the Market

By 9 October 2025

Vendor news and seasonal shifts.

As the seasons shift and the air turns crisp, our farmers market is embracing the magic of the fall and upcoming winter season with a fresh lineup of vendors ready to keep your pantry stocked and your spirits high. Whether you’re craving root vegetables, hearty farm direct groceries, handcrafted gifts, or a hot beverage, we’ve got something for everyone.

We have some vendors finishing up their market season this Saturday. Make sure to stock up on freshly ground spices from Spice Pilgrim!  Green Seed Nursery is also attending one last market until spring. Find beautiful native Oregon perennials ready for fall planting.

Good news for lovers of La Provence. They will be here on Saturday and well stocked with your favorite pastries! Gather in Flame is also returning on Saturday, and you don’t want to miss their beautiful fall lineup of handcrafted candles.

Our market Book Fair is just around the corner so make plans on Oct 18th to shop for fall classics, games and puzzles at the market. All proceeds fund our market kid’s Power of Produce Club.  We’ve also received a beautiful donation of original Penguin Book classics. This is a great time for collectors and book lovers alike to come and stock up. Thank you for your donations.

Don’t forget we’ve added market dates. We will be open every Saturday (with the exception of Thanksgiving weekend) to the 20th of December. Beginning Nov 1st our hours will change from a start time of 9am to 10am. In January we will resume our every other Saturday schedule. We still have plenty of bookmarks at the market’s information booth which includes our dates.
Next week we will announce our full vendor lineup for the fall and winter season!

Find us this Saturday from 9am-2pm at Clackamas Community College’s GREEN LOT 1 here in Oregon City.

See you at the market!

🌿 Vendor Highlight: Green Seed Nursery

Green Seed Nursery—also known as Green Seed Gardens—is more than a plant nursery; it’s a mission-driven hub for ecological transformation. Founded in 2014 by Emily and Austin Booth, this woman-owned, family-operated business specializes in habitat-focused landscape design and Certified Naturally Grown native plants, serving gardeners across the Portland metro area and North Willamette Valley.

Their nursery is a haven for Oregon natives, pollinator-friendly perennials, drought-tolerant shrubs, and edible plants, all grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Instead, they use beneficial insects, microbes, and peat-free potting mixes sourced locally to nurture healthy, resilient plants.

What sets Green Seed apart is their commitment to sustainability and education. They offer design consultations to help homeowners create wildlife-friendly gardens—from vibrant pollinator meadows to stylish rain gardens. Their approach is rooted in stewardship, aiming to restore native habitats while reducing pollution and conserving water.

You’ll find Green Seed Nursery this Saturday for their last market of the season, where they’re recognized for their regenerative practices and ecological integrity. Whether you’re dreaming of a peaceful retreat or a buzzing pollinator paradise, Green Seed Gardens is ready to help you “grow something wild.”

Have you seen our new market hoodies? The latest addition to our merch line is here. Hoodies come in a Forest Green color with fleece lining. We have a limited number so make sure to shop while they’re here. We’re selling them for 40.00 and all proceeds go towards our market operations costs.
