The Market is Open this Saturday!

By 27 February 2025

Thank you so much!

We’re so grateful for all who joined us at our snow day make up market last Saturday. Our growers and makers appreciate you! We’re back again this Saturday, March 1st from 10am-2pm with a robust group of vendors.

We have some fun events coming soon. Join us on March 15th for our annual Seed Swap. This is a FREE collaborative event with Master Gardeners. Bring your garden seeds to share and collect new ones for your gardens. No seeds to share? No problem. Come and shop. This is an event geared for beginning and experienced gardeners and all are welcome.

Do you have books to donate? Consider bringing them to the market as we prepare for our POP Club Book Fair scheduled for April 26th. The proceeds from our sale will go directly to funding the Power of Produce Club, our nutrition education program for kids ages 5-12.  Bring your gently used books to the Information Booth. We’re happy to write you a tax-deductible receipt because we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization!

This week our newsletter shares what’s in season during the month of March and some vendor updates so make sure to read on for the details.

Find us this Saturday from 10-2 at Clackamas Community College’s GREEN LOT 1 (off the corner of S Beavercreek and Clairmont Drive) here in Oregon City.

See you soon!

We have some vendor updates for you:

Storybook Farm and Wild Roots Farm have reached the end of their winter harvests so this will be their last market of the season. Make sure to come buy all the goodies such as storage crops, dried herbal teas, spices, herbal salts, hearty greens, winter squash and root veggies. Support their last market!

Plus, visit some vendors you haven’t seen in a while:

Don Felipe’s Chorizo is back this Saturday with their amazing chorizo varieties, including a plant-based option!

Landia will be here with their beautiful line of organic skincare made right here in Oregon City.

Danielle of Gather in Flame is returning this Saturday with her incredible line of wooden wick candle varieties. These are made with coconut wax and natural essential oils.

Das My Jam is popping up with her tropical jams, jellies and Hawaiian inspired baked goods.

VENDOR PRODUCT UPDATE:
We know many of you will miss the wonderful Gluten Free Options from Drea’s BadAss Cookies. Drea is moving her family and business to Texas! Beginning Saturday, Romo’s Sourdough will offer a G/F Browned Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies made with Almond Flour!

We’re truly looking forward to our book fair in support of the market’s POP program. This will be a fun event for all ages and a positive way to support our Power of Produce kids! Don’t forget to bring your donations!
