Temporary Market Relocation on Aug 19th

By 17 August 2023

This Saturday, August 19th our market lot is getting repaved! For one market day we will operate at nearby “N” Parking Lot located next to Beavercreek Health Center. You will find us at the corner of Courthouse and Beavercreek Roads. This is just 1 block away from our current location.

On Saturday we plan to have volunteers and directional signs to guide you to our temporary space. Our market will operate as usual, and we will be happy to help you locate vendors. Convenient parking and ADA spaces will be available at the Beavercreek Health Center and directly behind our market. We appreciate your patience during this one-week transition and hope you will come and support our local farms and small businesses.

The weather forecast is cooler, and we will have plenty of summer abundance to take advantage of. Corn, berries, greens, stone fruits, all the veggies and summer squash are in season and full of flavor. This is the time of year that requires lots of shopping bags! We hope you will support our farms who have been working during this heatwave to provide fresh food for our community.

We’re excited to welcome a new hot food vendor, Island Meets Main. Owner Jessica Martin creates delicious Hawaiian plate food, using locally sourced ingredients in her dishes. Make sure to include lunch in your shopping plans.

We will see you at the corner of Courthouse and Beavercreek Roads (next to Beavercreek Health Center) in Oregon City this Saturday from 9am-2pm

Campfire Farms is running a Back-to-School promotion, with a box of meats right at the $100 mark. It is 20% off retail prices and meant to make for some easy, autumn cooking. It will be available while supplies last!

  • Bacon (1 lbs)
  • Salami (3.6 oz stick)
  • Ground Pork (2 lbs)
  • Italian Sausage (1 lbs)
  • Linguica Sausage (1 lbs)
  • Shoulder roast (3.5 lbs)
  • Chicken (4.75 lbs, whole)

Join us on August 26th for Salsa Day!

In collaboration with Cook First PDX the market is excited to host Nikki Guerrero of Hot Mama Salsa. Nikki will be offering two salsa demonstrations at 10am and 11am, followed by a DIY station where folks can make their own salsa to take home. All supplies are provided and will be available until 1pm.

This is a delicious way to use fresh summer produce so make plans to join us!
