Our Holiday Market Gift Guide is Here!

By 19 December 2024

Join us this Saturday for our Holiday Market!

This is a market you don’t want to miss. With 70 vendors, we are excited to showcase the best of Oregon’s agriculture and locally made foods and gifts. The season looks bright thanks to our local growers and makers. Read on for our annual holiday gift guide!

A perfect time for picking up pre-orders, last minute gifts, holiday meal ingredients and nutrient dense produce, the market will be open from 10am-2pm to provide ample shopping time. Don’t forget we will have live holiday music from The Steve and Margot Show plus our Market Board of Directors will be serving complimentary Kiyokawa Orchards hot apple cider. Pick up delicious hot food while you shop and reduce your stress by avoiding big box grocery stores and retailers.

Our Power of Produce Club will have a take home craft kit for kiddos (while supplies last). We’re making festive fabric trees, and we will provide all the components to make one at home!

A reminder for our SNAP customers, this is the last market to use up your 2024 Double Up Food Bucks so if you haven’t used them, bring them to the market on Saturday and plan to stock up. We will continue to offer our match in 2025 with new match coupons.

Find us in GREEN LOT 1 on the campus of Clackamas Community College here in Oregon City. We have customer parking available in Green Lot 2, Brown Lot, S. Douglas Loop and Blue Lots 1 and 2.
TriMet Bus Line 32 stops at the corner of our market, as well.

Happy Holidays from all of us at Oregon City Farmers Market!

This week the market has curated a gift guide to provide inspiration for unique and intentional gift giving, with products grown or made by our talented artisans, growers and makers. We encourage you to purchase local while supporting small farms and businesses. Make sure to check out our stocking stuffer ideas, too!

Give the gift of sustainably grown food.

With the increase of food costs, we know many are struggling with expenses. An idea for gifting that comes with a lasting impact is to share the gift of a CSA (community supported agriculture) subscription with someone who might benefit from a year-round produce or meat box.

This not only supports a family you may know dealing with food insecurity, but it also helps support our local small farms year-round. Perhaps you have a friend or family member that loves cooking with fresh, seasonal produce or sustainably raised beef and pork. A food share is an ideal way to honor Oregon’s rich agriculture.

The process is simple as most of our farms offer produce shares with a variety of options, including prices, sizes and delivery/pick up schedules. Fresh food delivered to your doorstep never sounded better! SNAP recipients! Did you know you can apply your Double Up Food Bucks match for produce subscriptions?

You can visit the following CSA farms at our market on December 21st for more information on 2025 shares OR visit their websites.
