November brings a bounty of hearty and nourishing produce perfect for cozy meals and holiday tables.
Our market is bursting with fall flavors, new vendors and festive happenings. We have a well-rounded selection of vendors attending this Saturday that you don’t want to miss!
What’s in season at the market?
• Root vegetables: Carrots, parsnips, potatoes, beets, turnips, and rutabagas — ideal for roasting or soups
• Winter squash: Delicata, butternut, kabocha, and acorn — sweet, savory, and versatile
• Brassicas: Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and kale — packed with nutrients and flavor
• Apples & pears: Crisp, juicy, and perfect for pies or snacking
• Fresh herbs: Sage, rosemary, and thyme — your holiday cooking companions
Don’t forget to stock up on local honey, pasture-raised meats, and fresh-baked breads to round out your seasonal meals. It’s also a great time to consider placing holiday pre-orders.
