Mother’s Day Market Gift Guide

By 5 May 2021

We hope you will include the Oregon City Farmers Market in your Mother’s Day weekend plans!

The market has everything you need to honor that special person in your life. This week we’ve curated a Market Gift Guide for inspiration. Whether you plan to cook a special brunch or gift a bouquet of fresh flowers, you will find endless options to choose from. Better yet, purchasing locally is a wonderful way to support our farms and vendors. What could be better? Don’t forget to include yourself as well!

We are excited to welcome 4 new vendors to this week’s market lineup!

The Pastry Smith – Freshly baked pastries using seasonal and locally sourced produce from farmers markets and local purveyors with quality ingredients.

Wild Roots Spirits – Wild Roots produces all-natural spirits that strive to embody the true essence of the Northwest. Every bottle of Wild Roots contains over one pound of locally sourced fruit, giving their vodka a unique color, smell, feel and homegrown taste.

Karla’s Green Glass Designs – Karla creates bird baths, glass plant stands, bird feeders, mosaic art, glass flowers, and other garden art by repurposing, and reusing found items. The result? Fun, whimsical garden art.

Dreg’s Vodka – A mission-based local vodka company. Dreg’s donates 100% of profits to Oregon charities who support low income youth. Dregs is a premium potato vodka, six times distilled and over 60 times filtered.

Make sure you stop by for some weekend goodies! As always, we appreciate your continued and unwavering support of the market. Thank you to our amazing customers!

What better way to celebrate mom than with a beautiful hanging flower basket from S&K Nursery. This year we have moved their location to the front entrance of the market for easier access. We even have a convenient parking spot designated as a loading zone for customers who can’t resist buying just one basket. There are so many colors and styles to choose from, with long lasting blooms.
You will find unique jewelry pieces from our artisans, My Copper Heart, Rebecca Noel Jewelry and ZR Jewelry. All three women upcycle and repurpose found items, botanicals, sterling silver and more to reinvent pieces that are not only beautiful but also celebrate sustainability.
