Modified Market Hours This Saturday

By 11 August 2021

Due to the heat advisory we will be open from 8:30-12:30pm this Saturday, August 14th.

The safety of our vendors, customers and staff comes first so after carefully evaluating the weather forecast the market has decided to close early in order to avoid any heat related health issues.
Thank you for your support and understanding!

While some of our vendors are on holiday this week, we still have a well rounded group coming with freshly harvested produce, meats and cheeses, baked goods, tofu, nuts, pantry goods, wines and spirits, iced coffee, artisans, fresh fruit, seafood, fresh flowers, wellness products and even Master Gardeners to help with all your gardening questions.

This week we are welcoming back ReTreat Foods, specializing in small batch, handcrafted chocolates. You won’t want to miss these decadent plant based chocolates that are low in sugar and contain healthy antioxidants. A zero waste company, ReTreat is intentional with protecting the Earth’s resources while incorporating locally sourced ingredients. These are chocolates you can actually feel good about eating!Double Jump Coffee will be at the market with their delicious Cold Brew in addition to releasing their special Pixel blend this week! Perfect for these hot days.

What’s in season? Just about everything! Spotted recently were tender Japanese eggplants and Raddichio from Coyote Ridge Farms. Brown Bottle Farm is boasting their delicious purple corn that is not only beautiful to look at, its delightful to eat! RJ Farms is laden with crunchy green beans and juicy cantaloupes. We still have ripe and flavorful Hermiston watermelons from L&L Produce and another harvest of strawberries can be found at Pheasant’s Eye, May’s Produce, Farm D’ICI and RJ’s this week.

Plan to join us while the morning is still cool. Grab some breakfast burritos from Sara’s Tamales and enjoy live music from Kenny Lavitz!

Find us at 2051 Kaen Rd (at the corner of Beavercreek and Kaen Roads) right here in Oregon City.

See you at the market!

It would be impossible to operate this market without the dedication and support of our tireless volunteers. When you arrive at the market you see a little city in action but it requires hours to build! We are grateful for this team who show up week after week to serve our community and support local farms and businesses.

This week Double Jump Coffee will be featuring their all time favorite light roast profile, Pixel! A few of you have had yummy previews of it and now it is back by popular demand!
Make sure you stop by for a bag of this single origin light roast and grab some icy cold brew while you shop!
Christina and Zach of Campfire Farms have a new addition to the menu, Smoked Pork Grillers. These will elevate your hot dog game to new heights. Talk to the Campfire crew on Saturday for all their great cooking tips.
