Market Holiday Gift Guide!

By 29 November 2020

Welcome to the market’s Holiday Gift Guide!

One of the best ways you can support your community this season is to shop locally. Shopping at the market is a great way to purchase directly from your farmer or maker.

This year the market will be held two times in December. We have two holiday markets scheduled for Dec 5th and the 19th from 10-2. We will have plenty of vendors available for all your gift shopping and meal preparation needs.
Join us for fresh greenery, artisans, specialty foods, produce, holiday hams and cocktail ingredients to make your spirit bright!
Read below for our gift guide and take the challenge to buy all local this season!

It’s easy to fill stockings when you shop at the market. This year consider vegan bath bombs from Sudsy Elements, lavender soap, syrups, body mists and lotions from Lavish Lavender, hand spun fibers from By George Farm or  botanically inspired Oregon soaps from Bearded Oregon.
Self care is of even more importance this year. Why not consider some locally made elixirs, bath salts and immune boosters from The Wilderness Maven or some hemp derived CBD products from Healthy Roots?
Luxurious, organic and vegan skin care is a treat that many skip out on. Landia has a large variety of cleansing soaps, shea butters, beard balms and calming shave lotions
For the chef in your life consider a new cutting board or serving supplies from master woodcrafter, Carl Herndon.
Freshly ground spices are a great option for those who love to grill. Spice Pilgrim offers the best.
ZR Jewelry has a beautiful selection of handmade jewelry, including earrings, beaded bracelets, necklaces and more. For a truly special gift, consider one of Bette’s creations.

Rebecca Noel Designs will be here on December 5th with her locally foraged botanical pieces. Her art is inspired by nature and her delicate pieces prove her love for the earth.

For the cocktail lover consider purchasing a wintry favorite from Trail Distilling, The Trail Toddy. Everything you need to make your own Hot Toddys from the comfort of home. Trail is offering some wonderful gift packs this year, as well. You can also purchase online http://www.traildistilling.com

Stillweather Gin, Westward Whiskey and Pilot House Distilling will also be here throughout the season with botanically inspired gins, award winning single cask whiskeys and bloody mary mixes.

Forest Edge Vineyards will have their sustainably harvested wines. 503 Distilling will be offering their delicious canned cocktails, Coin Toss Brewing has all the ales for beer lovers and don’t forget bottled and canned crisp ciders from Stone Circle, Viola Ridge and 12 Bridges.

For delicious non alcoholic options, 4 Hearts Kombucha has refreshing mocktail recipes

We have lots of ideas for the foodies in your life. Consider some locally made hazelnut butter from Squirrelly Jane’s hazelnuts, fresh jam made with local fruits from Diana’s Delights, spicy salsas from Picasso Portland Picante, zesty salad dressings and sauces from Basha or smoked garlic cheese curds from By George Farm.
