Live Music And Dining Return!

By 14 July 2021

We have market updates!

Now that we have launched our summer music series, it’s time to bring back onsite dining. Starting this Saturday we will have tables and chairs set up in our food court so you can enjoy your market treats and listen to live music. We know it has been missed by many and we finally have clearance to reopen this fun aspect of our market.

This week WRAPS PDX is back with delicious breakfast wraps and grilled sandwiches. Double Jump Coffee will be waiting for you with hot and iced coffees and teas. Sara’s Tamales will be on site with Mexican food using local and fresh ingredients.
For something sweet, Ed from Divine Mini Donuts will be serving up hot, fresh mini donuts. In addition he will now be serving grilled sausages from local maker, Zenner’s.

Our featured musician this week is Dennis Ide. Dennis is known for his talented saxophone abilities and will be sharing upbeat pop songs ranging from the 1950’s to the 1990’s. We are excited to host him and hope you will enjoy!

We have a POP activity this week that includes searching the market for our Veggie Powerhouse Warriors. Kids ages 5-12 can stop by the info booth to pick up their tokens and directions how to complete the activity in the market.

We’re excited to welcome back Goddess Mousse (plant based chocolate mousse), ReTreat PDX ( plant based chocolates and truffles) and Sao Noi (chili oils and peanut sauces from traditional family recipes).

This week you will find fresh peaches, blueberries, cherries and blackberries. Enjoy plenty of fresh salad mixes, cucumbers, squash and tomatoes. Freshly harvested potatoes and carrots are in abundance along with broccoli and cauliflower. Don’t forget to add a fresh flower bouquet! It’s the best time of year to shop for your local groceries.

Make sure you check our full list of attending vendors at the bottom of our newsletter!

We are located at 2051 Kaen Rd here in Oregon City (at the corner of Kaen and Beavercreek Rds) from 9-2 this Saturday.

See you at the market!

Did you know that our market offers healthy skin care options? With the unusually hot season upon us, it’s become even more important to pay attention to our body’s largest organ, our skin!

This week you can find our talented skin care vendors, Landia Organic Skincare, Goat Goddess Soap, Healthy Roots, Bearded Oregon and Lavish Lavender for refreshing, hydrating and protective skin wellness products.

All of these vendors pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients, are paraben and chemical free, plus naturally scented.. Especially important is a sun block with UVA and UVB protection. Landia Skincare has created a 10% Zinc Lotion made with aloe to protect your skin from the sun and provide a soothing feel. Perfect for all skin types, and safe for all ages, too.

Goat Goddess and Bearded Oregon handcraft small batch soaps that rehydrate and replenish skin using botanicals and essential oils reminiscent of Oregon’s agricultural bounty.

Healthy Roots offers soothing CBD bath bombs and oils and Lavish Lavender offers hydrating and calming facial misting sprays.

As we grow accustomed to more extreme weather patterns in our state make sure your skin is protected!
