It’s Our Last Market of Winter Season!

By 24 April 2025

It’s our last market of winter season!

Join us this Saturday (April 26th) from 10am-2pm for our last winter market. We are returning to weekly markets EVERY SATURDAY beginning on May 3rd at 9am. Please note we open 1 hour earlier for shopping convenience. Summer season means the return of our programs such as weekly live musicPOP Club activities, market kitchen resources and demos, plus more. Next week we will share our full vendor line up for the season plus NEW vendors that will be joining us.

We have some ‘winter only’ vendors who will be moving on to their summer markets. Make sure to stock up on fresh pie from The Pie Guy plus amazing salsa and homemade chips from Hot Mama Salsa. We can’t wait for their return in the fall!

RJ Farms will have plenty of their delicious green and purple Asparagus this week. In addition, they’re bringing their first harvest of Rhubarb. All of the flavors of spring are showing up at the market.

Tomato starts are hereMaggy’s Farm plans to bring 60 plus varieties of tomato starts on Saturday. They will have plenty of unique heirloom starts that you won’t find at conventional nurseries. Maggy’s will also have plenty of strawberry, greens and herb starts. Garden season is officially here!

If you’re looking for a morning of fresh local food, coffee, breakfast, books and plants the market is the place to be. Our Book Fair is going to be amazing! We have such a wonderful collection thanks to your generous donations so make the market your Saturday destination.

You can find us from 10am-2pm this Saturday on the campus of Clackamas Community College’s GREEN LOT 1 here in Oregon City.

See you soon!

Our Book Fair will be right next to our Power of Produce and Information Booths at the market. Kid’s books are 1.00 and grown-up books are 3.00 each. We have so many genres, thanks to generous donations. Included are gardening guides, cookbooks, research and travel books, in addition to lots of novels to kick off summer reading.

Remember that ALL PROCEEDS FUND OUR POWER OF PRODUCE (POP CLUB). This program is 100% grant and donation funded. Funding allows us to host weekly interactive opportunities for kids ages 5-12 to learn about their local food systems, nutrition and Oregon’s agriculture. Plus, kiddos earn 3.00 in market tokens each market day to spend on fresh produce and veggie plant starts

Please come out and support this vital program as we educate our next generation of shoppers!
