It’s Our Last Market of Summer Season!

By 24 October 2024

It’s the last market of summer season AND its Halloween weekend.

We hope you will join us this Saturday for some Halloween fun as we end our summer season. However, this is not the end of our market! On November 9th we will kick off winter season at 10am with 60 vendors. Please note we open 1 hour later (10am) during the winter.

Soon we will be sending out the market’s winter vendor list which has plenty of returning vendors and vendors who are winter specific such as Storybook Farm, Wiggle Way Farm and The Pie Guy!

We also have some new vendors joining Oregon City for the first time which is always exciting so stay tuned for those details.

But first, let’s finish up the season with some spooky fun. Our POP kids who have worked on their passports will receive a coupon for a free hot cocoa at Double Jump Coffee. We’re encouraging both our vendors and market kiddos to dress up! Families can vote for their favorite vendor costume and the market (plus some vendors) will have goodies to hand out. Harris Hood View Farm will be back with their mini pumpkin decorating party. Participation is 5.00 for supplies or 7.00 if you prefer to take a kit for home. Divine Mini Donuts will be here with hot fresh donuts, perfect for a chilly fall day, plus Mae Day will be performing live music from 9:30-1.

In terms of harvest, stock up on ingredients since we will be off on Nov 2nd so our vendors can have a week off.  We have an amazing group coming with fresh, seasonal foods, dry goods, prepared items and wares (it’s not too soon to start thinking about holiday gift items!)

Don’t forget about our market raffle which goes to help our market’s programming costs. Tickets are 1.00 per ticket or 10 for 5.00. The winner will be drawn at the end of the market this Saturday and includes a market shopping wagon, a fruit basket of apples and pears from Kiyokawa Farms, 1 market shopping tote and a market t-shirt of your choice (we also have long sleeved ones now!). Value is 120.00.

Find us this Saturday from 9am-2pm on the campus of Clackamas Community College’s GREEN LOT 1 here in Oregon City.
Easy access is available off the corner of S Beavercreek Rd and Clairmont Drive. Tri Met Bus Line 32 stops at our market, plus parking can be found on S. Douglas Loop, Brown Lot, Blue Lots 1 and 2, in addition to Green Lot 2.

See you at the market!

What’s in Season at the Market?
