Easter Weekend at the Market
Spring is settling in, and the market is starting to wake up with brighter colors, new harvests, and that unmistakable feeling of the season turning. This week brings an extra bit of celebration as we head into Easter weekend. It’s perfect timing for gathering ingredients, enjoying a morning at the market, and sharing the day with family and friends.
What’s Fresh This Week:
Early spring produce is rolling in, and our growers are bringing the best of the season:
Tender greens like spinach, arugula, and spring mix
Radishes, turnips, and early carrots
Leeks, onions, and overwintered brassicas
Farm‑fresh eggs
Local mushrooms, microgreens, and early herbs
Fresh breads, pastries, and holiday‑ready treats from our bakers
It’s a great week to build an Easter brunch menu around local ingredients. Think veggie quiches, roasted roots, sliced ham, herb‑butter biscuits, and bright spring salads. The market has it all, in addition to fresh spring bouquets, baked treats, pies, breads, plant starts, artisan goods, and festive beverages.

We’re keeping the gardening theme alive with the return of Andrew Goldsmith and his Mason Bees. Andrew is an expert in the field of these amazing pollinators, and this Saturday is a perfect time to load up on resources, view demos and find instructions how to maintain a healthy and thriving mason bee colony.
No garden would be complete without pesky slugs, so the Oregon Slug Trap is back for another Saturday offering non-chemical/pesticide free methods for curtailing slug’s voracious appetites for garden greens.
Find us this Saturday from 10am-2pm in GREEN LOT 1 at Clackamas Community College here in Oregon City
