Our stalls are overflowing with vibrant produce, and the air carries the scent of ripe fruit and fresh herbs. See you at the market!

VENDOR HIGHLIGHT – SMALL BAKING COMPANY

Small Baking Company has become a cherished fixture in the local community and our market. Known for delicious handcrafted baked goods and cakes, owner Joanna Strahm exemplifies the spirit of small business entrepreneurship.

At Small Baking Company, every item is made from scratch using the freshest ingredients and organic grains sourced from local farms and suppliers. Their commitment to quality means that each loaf of bread, cake, pastry, or cookie is made with care, ensuring customers receive only the best. Seasonal specialties often appear on the menu, taking advantage of the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

More than just a bakery Small Baking creates memorable special occasions, creating gorgeous cakes for weddings and birthdays. They support other small businesses by featuring locally roasted coffee from Double Jump Coffee, cards designed by One Lane Road, plus ingredients sourced from small farms such as Squirrelly Jane Hazelnuts and Pheasant’s Eye Farm. Their latest success involves New Seasons Market! You can find their Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies and Hazelnut Shortbread cookies in all 22 stores every day.

Small Baking is dedicated to sustainability, community, and local sourcing. We’re so grateful they are a part of our market! Find them at the market every Saturday, plus you can visit their brick-and-mortar bakery located on Fir Street Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Read more by visiting their website at
