We have some exciting news!

🎉 Winter Schedule Update! 🎉
Traditionally, we shift to an every-other-week market schedule starting in November and continuing through April. But this year, we’re shaking things up!

🗓️ Weekly Markets Until December 20th! Thanks to enthusiastic feedback from both our customers and vendors, we’ll be hosting weekly Saturday markets through December 20th—with the exception of Thanksgiving weekend.

🌾 While not all vendors will be present every week due to harvest schedules and other commitments, you can still count on a vibrant mix of farmers and producers each Saturday. Come support your local growers and stock up on seasonal goodness.

We hope this gives you additional opportunities to shop locally each week! Fall/Winter season will begin at 10am on Nov 1, 2025, and our bookmarks will be here soon with date reminders. Our Harvest Market is scheduled for Nov 22nd, and our Holiday Market will be on Dec 20th.It’s the Saturday we’ve all been waiting for. Squirrelly Jane Hazelnuts is back! Bring all those empty jars and plan on getting your refills. Fokattia Artisanal Bread will be here with their long-fermented sourdough breads and focaccias.  We’re also excited to welcome back some of our cozy core vendors just in time for fall. Gather In Flame Candles and Compass Moon Fibers are scheduled to be at the market.

Find us at Clackamas Community College’s GREEN LOT 1 in Oregon City from 9am-2pm this Saturday.

See you at the market!

September in Oregon is like nature’s grand finale before the curtain drops on summer. You’ve captured that beautiful in-between moment where the bounty is at its peak and the air starts whispering of autumn. It’s a sensory feast: the last of the juicy peaches and plums, the crunch of just-picked sweet corn, and the first crisp bite of a new-season apple.

Here are a few ways to make the most of the seasonal overlap:

🍓 Preserve Summer’s Bounty

  • Freezing: Those last summer berries freeze beautifully. Lay them out on a tray first to avoid clumping. Place the frozen berries in Ziploc freezer bags or freezer containers. Enjoy this winter!
  • Canning: Try making jam from blackberries or plum preserves. Tomatoes and tomatillos are perfect for salsa or sauce.
  • Drying: Apples and pears make excellent dried snacks—slice thin and use a dehydrator or low oven.

    Fall Prep

  • Planting: If you garden, now’s the time to sow fall crops like kale, carrots, and radishes. Check out Wiggle Way Farm on Saturday. Ash is bringing plenty of fall plant starts.
  • Storage Tips: Root veggies and apples store well in cool, dark places. Stock up while the selection is prime.Oregon really shines in this shoulder season—where summer’s sweetness meets autumn’s depth!
FIELD TO FORK MARKET KITCHEN:

Make sure to swing by the Field and Fork market kitchen booth to taste
test a summer salad showcasing peak season melon! North African
harissa and local honey from T Bees Honey are also on display making for a
sweet and spicy salad that is the perfect bite for the end of summer.
Don’t miss it!

POP CLUB FUN!

This week our Pop kids will have a fun coloring sheet to dream up
their most delicious farmers market pizza! Our market has all the
fixins’, we just need some creative minds to show it off and who better
than the hungry kiddos of the Pop club?
