Back to school/end of summer is peak harvest time for the farmers. The Market is now full of delicious produce and you can find perfectly cute little lunchbox peppers (so sweet, from RJ Farms!), cherry tomatoes, strawberries, grapes and apples for the kids school lunches. Plus Bliss has healthy nut butters that pared with locally-made jams make for the all-time favorite school sandwiches. Search out ‘ fresh and local’ first for the kids before you hit the supermarket!
